Private Car Approved Repairer Network
Our Private Car Approved Repairer Network comprises 200 repairers and is supported by 13 in-house engineers. Claims reporting and vehicle recovery are available 24/7, 365 for customers in the UK and Northern Ireland.
Commercial Vehicle Approved Repairer Network
Our Commercial Vehicle Approved Repairer Network comprises 120 light commercial and car repairers and 61 heavy commercial repairers across the UK and is available for Choice Truck, Choice Commercial Vehicle and Fleet products. The service is designed specifically for commercial customers and uses specialist repairers, claims handlers and engineers to ensure the most convenient repairer is allocated to customers. Roadside recovery is available at any time, day or night and replacement vehicle hire is also available. (excludes Northern Ireland).
Motorcycle Approved Repairer Network
With repair centres in 6 locations across the country our Motorcycle Approved Repairer Network delivers a UK-wide network of specialist repairers.
Using state of the art laser frame measuring equipment, crack testing and x-ray facilities together with their knowledge of motorcycle construction the network aims to reduce the number of policyholder’s vehicles which are written off and create a more streamlined process, delivering first class customer service.
