Celebrate our successes and achievements
It is important to the Highway Insurance Group that people are recognised and rewarded for their hard work and commitment in helping the Group achieve its successes and achievements.
One of the ways we do this is to hold Group events, this may be in the style of an awards ceremony to recognise teams and individuals whilst valuing all Group members with a spectacular night of entertainment or a Summer Ball dedicated to one of the Group values of having fun in fabulous style.
Both of these events are black tie to instil a sense of occasion and the feedback we receive following these events is always positive. Every effort is made to ensure that each and every person attending has a night to remember.

Through having a nominated Charity of Choice each year the Highway Insurance Group live the value of having fun whilst helping others.
Each year all Highway Insurance Group people are given the opportunity to vote for the charity they wish the Group to support.
Through Group wide events such as Charity Challenge days, Rounders and Football tournaments plus a spectacular Golf Day we have been able to raise approximately £31,500 for a range of deserving charity bodies since this tradition was introduced. These charities are:
Our Charity of Choice for 2008/09 has been voted as Cancer Research UK.
In addition to helping worthwhile causes, we also benefit from enhanced team relationships and a common interest between divisions, departments and locations.
